Mit einem Flip-Chip kannst du das Handling für alle Arten von XC-Gelände feinabstimmen. Das superleichte Giant WheelSystems aus Carbon oder Alu (je nach Modell) hat ein hochmodernes 120-Zahn- Ratchet-Antriebssystem für sofortige Kraftübertragung und robuste 5-mm-Felgenwände für besseren Schutz vor Stößen und Reifenpannen.
LOW-LATENCY SPEED KONZEPT
Der komplett überarbeitete Rahmen aus Carbon ist 89 Gramm leichter als sein Vorgänger und hat ein um 7,95 Prozent besseres Verhältnis von Steifigkeit zu Gewicht (Effizienz), damit du bergauf mehr Power hast und jedes Watt zählt. Die WheelSystems und die integrierten Lenker-/Vorbau-Einheiten sind auf maximale Effizienz und sofortige Reaktion auf die Eingaben des Fahrers ausgelegt. Der hintere Stoßdämpfer wurde neu positioniert und halb in das Oberrohr integriert, was Gewicht spart und Platz für einen zweiten Flaschenhalter schafft.
SYSTEMINTEGRATION
Eine neue integrierte Lenker-/Vorbau-Einheit sorgt für mehr Flexibilität, um Stöße und Vibrationen zu reduzieren, was die Kontrolle und den Komfort für die Hände verbessert. Sie ist in zwei Modellen erhältlich: Contact SLR XC Integrated Carbon und Contact SL XC Integrated Alu. Beide haben die gleiche nahtlose Kabelführung und sind in verschiedenen Größen mit einer Standardbreite von 780 mm und Vorbaulängen von 50 bis 90 mm erhältlich.

LOW-LATENCY SPEED CONCEPT
A fully reengineered composite frameset is 89 grams lighter than it predecessor, with 7.95 percent greater stiffness-to-weight ratio (efficiency) to help you power up climbs and make every watt count. The WheelSystems and integrated handlebar/stem units are designed for maximum efficiency and instantaneous response to rider input. The rear shock is repositioned and semi-integrated with the top tube, shaving weight and creating space for a second water bottle cage.
SYSTEM INTEGRATION
A new one-piece integrated handlebar/stem unit adds compliance to reduce shocks and vibrations, improving control and hand comfort. It’s available in two models—the Contact SLR XC Integrated composite and Contact SL XC Integrated alloy. Both feature the same seamless cable routing and versatile sizing with a 780mm standard width and stem lengths ranging from 50-90mm.
